Sadie has spent her career working in the brand and marketing departments of particularly demanding retail businesses, and most recently as Head of Brand Communications for Balance Festival. She is passionate about the absolute need for wellbeing in a corporate environment having seen the impact of long-working hours, high-stress environments and a lack of time for self-care on so many of her colleagues.

Based in London around the chaos of city life, Sadie was keen to learn how to help and enable healthier and happier bodies through rehabilitation, mobilisation and relaxation techniques. 

Qualifying as a Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapy Therapist BTEC L5 in 2016 from the renowned NLSSM, she went on to train as a Pilates teacher in 2019 and further her studies with APPI to develop a more clinical understanding of the exercises. Further to this in early 2020 she completed her BABTAC training to begin working as a Holistic Facialist to provide bespoke treatments with to promote healthy, happy skin that gives long-lasting results.

A deep tissue massage to target aches, pains and tension using soft tissue therapy techniques for relaxation and rehabilitation. **Due to new covid-19 restrictions any first time clients must have a phone consultation ahead of the appointment. This service is available to clients who require treatment in the cases of pain relief and injury management.



Pilates classes online are run through Zoom. Private 1-2-1 sessions, friends or couples welcome. No equipment is needed. Suitable for beginners and those looking to advance.

The Feel Good online workshops are your ticket to an at-home self care experience to enjoy on your own, with friends or with your workplace teams. Each session is 40mins and will teach you the professional techniques for how to tackle stress and fatigue through simple facial massage, pressure points, stretching and breathwork.
